Terms and conditions

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting credentials and API keys, and ensuring that your use of Toolcaise complies with applicable law.

You retain ownership of the agent code, telemetry, content and materials you submit or connect. You grant QC Devworks the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit that material, and to carry out the actions you direct through supported features, so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to operate each connected agent, device and workflow, and for the destinations you send alerts to.

Your agents execute in the environment you operate. Toolcaise records the activity, usage, and outcomes your integration reports; those reports are not independent verification of accuracy, cost, execution, or delivery. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming consequential results.

Controls apply only where the integration sits. Through the SDKs, pause and cancellation are cooperative and need compatible runner checkpoints. Toolcaise Connect enforces limits and stops only the commands it starts, and only meters model traffic that passes through its gateway. Action approval applies only to the integrated, digest-bound operation and does not control code that bypasses the guard or interrupt an external operation already in progress. You are responsible for implementing and testing the integration and for the third-party tools and actions your agents use.

You may not use Toolcaise to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, probe systems without authorization, or use automated access outside the documented interfaces and limits.

Toolcaise includes preview features, such as Toolcaise Connect, that may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. Connect preview builds are not code-signed. Test integrations and control paths in an appropriate environment before relying on them for consequential work. No availability guarantee or service-level commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Each plan limits the number of registered agent connections and workspace members, as shown on the pricing page. When a workspace reaches a limit, agents already connected keep reporting; adding more requires a plan with room for them.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, charges already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal in your workspace.

You may stop using Toolcaise at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or harm toToolcaise or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

QC Devworks and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, and software except for rights expressly granted to you or under an applicable open-source license. Third-party runtimes, model providers, and destinations remain governed by their own terms. Connecting them does not transfer responsibility for your use of those services toQC Devworks.

To the extent permitted by law, Toolcaise is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. QC Devworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that limitation, any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Toolcaise in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
