What we are building
Toolcaise is the layer between the agents a team runs and the people answerable for them. It is deliberately not an agent framework, a hosting platform or an evaluation suite. It records what agents did, notices when they did not do it, gives a person the final say on results and risky actions, and, where it sits in the agent’s path, enforces the limits you set.
How we write about the product
Supervision tools are easy to oversell, so we try hard not to. Every page that describes a control says which way of connecting provides it and where it stops.
- Everything an agent reports is labeled as the agent’s claim, not as proof.
- Cooperative controls are called cooperative.
- Illustrations use labeled sample data, never invented customer results.
- Features that are built but not yet released say so.
Where your data goes
The service runs on Railway, accounts are handled by Clerk and payments by Stripe. Agents send operational metadata only: the SDKs never send prompts, model output or exception text. The security page and the privacy policy list every provider and what each receives.
